The Director’s Division is comprised of the offices of Government and Trial Court Liaison, General Counsel, Human Resources, and Budget.
AOC Director Cynthia H. Clanton, Esq.
Director Clanton is the executive contact for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), oversees the services provided by each division, and determines priorities, strategy, and the direction of the AOC. She serves as Secretary for the Judicial Council of Georgia.

Deputy Director Tracy Mason
Ms. Mason is AOC Chief of staff, serves as staff lead for Judicial Council legislation and special projects, and the point of contact for different classes of court.
