The dashboard is designed to provide users with self-service analytics. Filter controls on the left side allow for narrowing the content of the visualizations. Users may view the data for all courts statewide or select a specific class of court or county. The table on the right side allows for a detailed data view. Select the plus icon + to view the courts within the county and the ORI(s) associated with a court.
What data is displayed in the dashboard?
The dashboard displays data describing disposition transmissions made to the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) by courts across the state. The unit of count for all data is by OTN.
How often is the data refreshed?
The data is updated every 60 days. Please see DLU (date last updated) for most recent refresh date.
Can I download data from the dashboard?

Glossary
Disposition
The result of a criminal charge culminating in the transmission of final disposition report to GCIC.
Submission
The electronic transmission to GCIC of required criminal data elements following the final disposition of a case. Submissions are counted by OTN, multiple charges may be related to a single OTN.
Errors
A count of Submissions with one or more respective errors.
OTN
Offender Tracking Number is an eleven-digit number assigned to an arrest cycle. An OTN can only be created after an agency takes and successfully transmits fingerprints of an offender to GCIC.
Errors Fixed
A count of Submissions where all errors have been resolved. Note: Overcounting may occur as Unfixed checks are only made for Errors at least 20 days old.
ORI
Originating Agency Identifier is the nine-character agency identifier containing both alpha and numeric characters assigned by the FBI which validates legal authorization to access criminal justice information and identifies the agency.
Unfixed Errors
A count of submissions with one or more respective errors that have not been resolved in the 40 days following initial submission.
Year
The calendar year in which the submission was made to GCIC.
