The Judicial Council Ad Hoc Committee on Unified Administrative Services was established with the mission of responding to the directive in FY 2021 State Budget document (HB 793/AP 2020) to provide the General Assembly with a unified payroll, human resources, and IT (including cyber security) plan for the entire appellate and superior court system to be administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts and implemented July 1, 2021. The Committee’s work will result in a proposed plan to be delivered to the Judicial Council by November 15, 2020. A final plan shall be submitted to the Legislature on or before December 1, 2020.
